Note: Office Hours Sign-Up will open at 11AM (EST) on Saturday.

How to Sign Up:

1. Go to the sign-up Google Sheet linked below (the first page you will see will have an overview of all the mentors and their availabilities, all times are in EST)

2. Sign up on the second (Saturday) and third (Sunday) pages of the Google Sheet

3. Select the time you want to sign up for and type your name (and the names of other team members if you would like) in the corresponding slot

4. Right-click on the slot you filled out and choose "Protect Range"

5. Click "Add a Sheet or Range" (please double check that the range is the cell you filled out)

   

6. In the description type your name or team name and 'OH' (ex: Anita Li OH)

7. Click "Set Permissions"

8. Please keep the "Restrict who can edit this range" section as "Custom"

   

9. Add your email (and any other emails like team members) you want to be able to edit in the "Add editors" box at the bottom (comma separated)

   

10. The Discord voice channel for your mentor will be available on the Google Sheet (under the mentor name) and here (in the table below) so hop on that when it is your time to speak with a mentor :)

How to Remove your Sign-Up:

If you can no longer make your sign-up time slot, please be sure to delete it (and the protection) so that others have an opportunity to sign-up.

1. Click on slot you want to delete

2. Right-click on the slot and choose "Protect Range"

3. You should be able to find your cell in the list of protected ranges - click on your cell coordinate entry

   

4. Click the "Delete" icon (trashcan 🗑) to delete your entry

5. Don't forget to delete your name from the slot
